Lead-generation streamlined site for the provider of the best automation equipment in the entertainment industry.
Kinesys provide best in class automation equipment for some of the world’s largest entertainment venues, often saving their customers hours of time in preparation, and sometimes even more importantly, peace of mind. What was not best in class however, was their website.
They needed a complete overhaul of their web infrastructure. Kinesys needed a marketing machine that was mobile responsive, had multi-language capabilities, and delivered them more quality leads. For this, they needed help with marketing automation, research into their buyer patterns and journeys, and a CMS that was flexible and intuitive enough for non-development people to take charge of the content.
During a discovery and definition phase, it was gleaned that the focus of the site should be for three different user personas for the new Kinesys site. Live set designers, company owners, and event technicians. Creating a website that works for these three buckets of users will increase the number of qualified leads they will receive.
Built for conversion
As mentioned, leads were a primary focus for the new site. Having started with a new design to tempt the right kind of user in, we integrated Salesforce CRM so that anyone putting their details into a contact form were in the correct place, being looked after by the correct person.
The new Kinesys site integrates with HubSpot forms and tracking to power gated content and ongoing digital marketing and marketing automation.
Unless you’re an expert in the field, the list of products that Kinesys sell can be complex and dizzying. We built search capabilities into the site, for users to get where they need to go as quickly as possible.
Kinesys is a global company, powering incredible live experiences around the World. With sales in the UK, US and Asia, the new site is fully multilingual and all content is localised and can be managed through the WordPress Dashboard.
Customer is king
Kinesys have a reputation for premium products and impeccable customer service. Part of that reputation comes from offering in-depth training for the products that they sell, an industry USP. We integrated Zendesk, a premium support query tool into the new site, so that anyone visiting the site will be able to obtain the answers they are looking for.
