A website redesign & WordPress build to drive digital growth and support future expansion for UK’s largest invoice finance broker Touch Financial.
Touch Financial came to 93digital looking for a B2B specialist agency and the need for a website that is able to support their digital growth drive. The new website design and WordPress CMS build needed to also support Touch Financial’s future plans to expand their offerings, and improve conversion rates to ultimately bring in more Marketing Qualified Leads through digital channels.
Improved UX & site structure
One of the challenges for Touch Financial’s website was the site structure being ‘confused’ with a lack of clear user journey to support lead generation on the old site. As a result the 93digital team researched and planned a new, easy to use site information architecture (IA) and wireframes, which aim to simplify and optimise the user journey whilst improving conversion.
UX & Design
Touch Financial wanted the new design to be bright, sleek, and modern. In order to achieve the desired new look and feel of the site efficiently, the 93digital team created ‘moodboards’ and colour palettes emulating the refreshed brand that would be applied across the site. Our UX team wireframed key pages and mapped these onto user journeys before moving on to the high fidelity designs.
Integrated & connected
The site was also integrated with Feefo, the customer review software, in order to ensure that the reviews are fed into the new Touch Financial site. Various forms also feed directly into Salesforce and Pardot, whilst also making use of Gravity Forms.
Mobile friendly design
Over 40% of traffic to Touch Financial’s website comes from mobile or tablet and so mobile UX was key. It was important to make sure that any opportunities for mobile conversions were optimised.
