If you contact us via the online form on the “Contact” page on our website, you will be required to provide your name and email address so we can deal with your enquiry / respond to your message.

As an alternative to using the online form referenced above, you can send an email to info@93digital.co.uk. Your email address and any other personal data you choose to provide will only be used for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry / responding to your message.

We will not send you marketing communications without asking you first.

  • Prospective Customers

As a business-to-business company, we will rely on Legitimate Interests to communicate to prospects where appropriate, for example after we’ve met/exchanged contact details at an event.

We will always provide the ability to opt-out of our email marketing campaigns.

  • Orders

When you work with us (i.e., become a customer/client), you’ll be required to provide your name, registered company name, billing address and a phone number. If you wish to open an account with us, you will be required to complete a client onboarding form, a copy of which can be provided on request. The information provided on the client onboarding form will be used to create your account on our CRM system and in our accounting software, and to perform a credit check via a service provider such as Equifax.

  • Careers

You may submit your resume and other information to apply for a job with 93digtial. We will only use that information for the purpose of dealing with your job application.

  • Employees

Our employees are informed of how their personal data is processed and for what purpose via our employee data protection policy. As with all personal data we collect, we only collect what we need and do not do anything unexpected.

  • Contractors

Our contractors are informed of how their personal data is processed and for what purpose via our employee data protection policy. As with all personal data we collect, we only collect what we need and do not do anything unexpected.

You’ll be required to provide identity information / proof accreditation / membership number if the type of work you’re undertaking demands.

  • IT infrastructure and software support providers

Whilst we don’t share personal data with our infrastructure and support providers as such, it is possible that they could have some visibility of it whilst providing support/investigating a problem.

  • Third-party Software Developers

We use 93digital employees where possible. On the occasions whereby a third-party developer is used, we will share customer contact details with them where necessary.

  • Google

  • Hubspot

As providers of our marketing and CRM system, HubSpot process personal data on our behalf.

  • Social Media

Our website includes links to our company pages on LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter. These platforms use cookies and other tracking technologies (usage data) for advertising, recommendations, insights and measurements relating to those who visit our page. As administrators of our company pages we are jointly responsible with the social media companies for the processing of visitors’ data.

  • Video hosting platforms

Our website includes content hosted on Vimeo, YouTube and Buzzsprout, these platforms also provide us with usage data and analytics.

  • Akismet

Akismet by Automattic processes any data (including personal data) submitted via the forms and comments sections on our website to protect us from spam.

  • Hotjar

Hotjar processes personal data on our behalf to provide usage data and analytics.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

We provide links to other websites on our website. These websites have their own privacy policies and terms and conditions, which you ought to review if you visit them.
